MCMSCADA allows you to view diagnostic results from your Artesis predictive maintenance system in the simplest possible way, as well as providing set-up and management functions. When a developing fault is detected, MCMSCADA sends you an email to let you know that you should review the present status.
For most users, the Diagnostic screen provides all the information they need to guide their maintenance actions. This screen gives a clear indication of alert status (the same information shown by the MCM or PCM front panel indicators). It also identifies the mechanical or electrical faults that have led to the alert by marking them with a red box. Motor electrical data and supply conditions are also clearly displayed.
The MCMSCADA overview screen is used for overall system monitoring as well as set-up and management. Present alert status of all connected monitors is shown in a single simple display.
Some advanced users want to be able to view changes that have occurred over a period of time. The MCM Trending screen allows you to view any combination of measurements over the long or short term in order to gain further insight into the future development of a fault condition.
